Wymagania:
PA required for Production Manager
We are looking for PA to work with Production Manager in a factory. You must have a professional manner, high standard of IT skills, fluent English spoken and written and be fluent in Polish, be enthusiastic person and confident when meeting clients. You must have ability to multi task and work to deadlines, under pressure and be a good judge of character. This role will involve general PA administration tasks. You will be required to:
• screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate;
• meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority;
• organise and maintain diaries and make appointments;
• deal with incoming emails, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of Production Manager
• take dictations and minutes;
• carry out background research and present findings;
• produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
• organise and attend meetings and ensure Project Manager is well-prepared for meetings;
• liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff;
• devise and maintain office systems, including data management, filing, etc.;
Former PA experience and Microsoft Certification would give a distinct advantage. The company is based in Bedfordshire and candidates must either live in that area or be willing to move.
Salary: up to £14500 depending on experience
3 months initial/probationary contract.
